Appointment Policies

We value creating a supportive, safe and welcoming environment for our clients, stylists, and community! In order to respect everyone’s time, clients and stylists alike, we have these policies in place. Policies are subject to change per the company’s discretion. Thank you!


Cancellation Policy

Steller Hair Company has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all services. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a 50% fee of services reserved may be required and is collected at the salons discretion. No-shows will be charged a 50% fee and are subject to require a deposit for future appointments.

Color corrections and specialty colors require a 72 hour cancellation notice and may be charged up to 50% of the services reserved. A 50% deposit may be required per your artist’s discretion for these services.

We ask for as much notice of a cancellation as possible in the event of a Covid-19 diagnosis or exposure.

*Independent hair stylists may charge up to a 100% cancellation fee per artists discretion.


Credit Card Policy

Steller Hair Company requires a credit card on file for ALL services reserved. Your card will not be charged at the time of scheduling. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

*Independent hair stylists (Erika and Kayla) may require a deposit for specific services.


No-shows will be charged 50% of the services reserved. No-shows may result in losing online scheduling privileges and subject to require a deposit for future appointments per the salons discretion.

*Independent hair stylists (Erika and Kayla) may charge up to a 100% cancellation fee per artists discretion.

No-Show Policy


We value your honest feedback and want you to leave completely satisfied! If you need an adjustment to your haircut or color, we require you to contact Steller Hair Co. within 72 hours of your original appointment.
